Pumpkin Ale on Secondary Fermentation

Kudos to Scott for handling this part of the brewing process AND for blogging about it! This one smelled amazing in the boil – I hope it’s wonderful from the bottle!

I snapped a few photos of Pumpkin Ale in the making that night:

  1. I finally bottled this over the weekend. There was a half bottle left, so I sampled the uncarbonated variety. I am very, very impressed. Great natural pumpkin flavor.

We have to get together soon to sample the West Coast IPA. 😉
